About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Representative to support our VH-92A aircraft maintenance operations. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical expertise to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical insight, review, and support to mechanics, aircrew, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as a liaison between HMX-1 maintainers and operators, and PMA-274 Maintenance Department Managers to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and minimize out-of-service time through effective maintenance planning and execution.
- Maintain a focus on supporting line maintenance users, contract field teams, and FST with corrective maintenance requests and technical guidance.
- Coordinate the sourcing of approved parts, design solutions, and readiness improvement initiatives to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance.
- Provide technical insight, support, direction, and authorization to mechanics and vendors completing maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with established procedures and maintenance programs.
- Ensure all work is assigned and in accordance with established procedures and maintenance programs to maintain high-quality maintenance operations.
- Support mechanics and CFT in identifying repair procedures and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance efficiency.
- Provide technical input in the development of specific PM checks for all maintenance actions to ensure comprehensive and effective maintenance planning.
- Participate in the identification, monitoring, and performance against established maintenance practices and instructions to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of maintenance operations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of ten (10) years' recent experience in relevant S-92A or VH-92A aircraft/systems.
- Valid/Current Airframes and Power Plant (A&P) License.
- Rotary Wing Aircraft experience within the last (5) five years.
- Experience supporting IPTs and ITTs.
- Personnel released from Military Service require an Honorable Discharge.
- Ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance and maintain a favorable Tier 5 background investigation.
- FAA Certification.
- Experience with military rotary aviation.
- S-92, VH-92A, VH-3D, and VH-60N experience.
