Infotrend, Inc. is seeking a talented Relativity Professional to add to their dynamic team supporting a highly sought-after government contract. As a Relativity Expert, you will be at the forefront of managing all activities within the Relativity application, from processing to production. You will hold at least the Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification and possess the skills of a Senior eDiscovery Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist stakeholders and provide expert guidance on the identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, production, and presentation of electronic and scanned data from various sources.
  • Utilize expert knowledge of Relativity processing, workspace deployment, workspace security, searching, layouts, views, the Relativity Desktop Console (RDC), and the Relativity Processing Console (RPC).
  • Demonstrate mastery in Relativity Search and best practices.
  • Analyze discovery documents to identify searches that return responsive documents and troubleshoot presented searches for maximum relevant returns.
  • Apply extensive experience with Technology Assisted Review (TAR) and Conceptual Analytics, explaining these tools and their outputs to laypersons, and testifying about these processes in court.
  • Manage large workspaces, including troubleshooting and completing deSearch indexes, Conceptual Analytics indexes, Repeated Content, Email Threading, Name Normalization, and Near Duplicate Analysis.
  • Craft regular expressions and use the Blackout application snap-in. Perform Relativity smoke tests to verify successful upgrades and patches, identifying potential issues.
  • Communicate sophisticated issues and resolutions effectively to laypersons in time-sensitive situations.
  • Exhibit excellent grammar, phone skills, and a professional in-person demeanor.
  • Be highly dependable, self-starting, and proactive in performing assigned tasks.
  • Train eDiscovery Unit and other staff on Relativity usage and best practices.


Required Qualifications

  • RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator)
  • Minimum of 3 years working with Relativity application
  • Minimum of 7 years of litigation support experience
  • Experience running advanced analytics (Near De-duplication, clustering, email treading and TAR)
  • Experience training others on the use of Relativity and conducting application demo
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to identify risks and quickly escalate issues as appropriate
  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and adjusting to changing timeframes to meet multiple deadlines
  • Experience developing and presenting project status reports
  • US citizenship
