Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing, maintaining, and resolving issues related to eDiscovery platforms, primarily focusing on Relativity.
  • The eDiscovery Administrator should possess extensive experience in managing and troubleshooting Relativity.
  • Ensuring daily operational uptime of the Relativity environment.
  • Evaluating the network team's operating system and network updates for their effects on the current eDiscovery platform, specifically Relativity.
  • Conducting research and implementing Relativity server and application patches.
  • Performing in-depth server troubleshooting, including log analysis for Relativity and virtual machines.

Desired Skills

  • The candidate must be highly reliable, proactive, and utilize active methods to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Relativity infrastructure certification is highly preferred; however, 7-10 years of relevant experience may be considered as a substitute.

Required Qualifications

  • Expertise in Internet Information Services (IIS).
  • Proficient in using the Relativity Processing Console (RPC) for troubleshooting Relativity Processing.
  • Advanced knowledge of certificate creation, deployment, and maintenance in a secure environment.
  • Planning and executing regular upgrades to the Relativity server to minimize downtime.
  • Willingness to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Relativity application servers during non-standard hours, including late nights and weekends.
  • Ability to persistently troubleshoot complex issues until resolution.
  • Capability to provide timely resolutions, agile responses to tasks, and thorough research.
  • Skill to conduct Relativity smoke tests to ensure successful upgrades and patches, as well as to identify potential issues.
