Job Title: Mid-Level RF Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level RF Engineer to join our Technical Solutions department in Marietta, GA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting independent research and development, design, and fabrication of novel radar/RF technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical input to design teams in radar or RF systems research and development
  • Work with multidiscipline design teams in fabrication/code, integration, and test activities
  • Communicate solutions and concepts to engineering, scientific, and technical audiences
  • Perform trade-off analyses; perform modeling, simulation, and analysis of alternatives that evaluate system effectiveness, utility, and performance
  • Assist in translating objectives into architectural concepts, system quantitative and functional requirements, and develop system specifications and external interfaces
  • Make sound decisions based on engineering judgment
  • Operate independently
  • Assist in the management of the direction of research projects and prototype development
  • Provide technical oversight for subcontractors/suppliers
  • Grow the customer base through proactive identification of problems and solutions
  • Interact with customers to convey system objectives and constraints
  • Assist with proposal efforts to support new business development
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of full-time professional experience in RF analog electronics and test equipment
  • Active Secret clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated hands-on technical expertise with RF analog electronics and test equipment
  • Relevant RF systems design experience
  • Proposal development experience
