Nye Health Services, a family-owned company, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Social Services team at our Gateway Vista campus in Lincoln, NE. Our team provides essential support to residents with special health care needs and medical conditions, focusing on their overall wellness and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management services to residents with complex needs
  • Conduct health risk surveys and BIMS assessments to identify potential areas of risk
  • Work collaboratively with team members and social services partners to address resident issues
  • Assist with admissions and assessments related to resident care
Requirements:
  • Current college student or recent graduate with a related field of study (e.g., Criminal Justice, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work)
  • Flexible scheduling with a 15+ hour per week commitment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with high professionalism and discretion
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Leadership experience and internship or volunteer experience in related fields
