Compensation:
$18 to $22 per hour based on experience.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Ensure construction projects meet company design standards.
  • Oversee job readiness, including communication with installers and coordination of material and equipment deliveries.
  • Implement quality control measures and support the builder upgrade initiative.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions with builders.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including job packets, change orders, and timecards.
  • Commit to ongoing training and certification, including NATE.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Accurately measure, cut, and drill as required.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Possess basic safety knowledge regarding tools and work environments.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in confined, elevated, or low spaces.
  • Comfortable working from a ladder.
  • Capable of manipulating objects with fingers.
  • Ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
