Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team at Element Resources. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, including motors, generators, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical construction, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment, including conduit runs, wire pulls, terminations, and electrical component installations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motor starters, switchgear, and control circuits.
  • Maintain and repair PLCs, control circuits, and primary power systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure electrical systems are operating safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical operations.
  • Knowledge of 480v three-phase, control power, MA signals, AC and DC circuits, including motor starters and switchgear repairs.
  • High school diploma or GED required; journeyman's card or 2-year technical degree or 4 years of demonstrated experience in an industrial environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb industrial ladders, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
