We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team at Element Resources, a leading battery recycling facility. As an Industrial Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform electrical construction, maintenance, and repair of conduit runs, wire pulls, terminations, and electrical component installations.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, including motors, switchgear, and control circuits.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical operations.
- Knowledge of 480v three-phase, control power, MA signals, AC and DC circuits, including motor starters and switchgear repairs.
- High school diploma or GED required; Journeyman's card or 2-year technical degree or 4 years of demonstrated experience in an industrial environment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb industrial ladders, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
