Position Title: Marketing Trainee

Reporting To: Senior Marketing Manager

Work Arrangement: Remote (In-person meetings as required)

Role Summary:

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in organizing and coordinating events, overseeing our content schedule, and supporting various communication initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to acquire practical experience in a vibrant and innovative setting.

Key Duties:

  • Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Assist in the organization and execution of exclusive dinners and other industry-focused events.
    • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up communications post-event.
  • Content Schedule Management:
    • Manage the content calendar, ensuring the timely creation and distribution of blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media updates.
    • Collaborate with the content agency and internal teams to collect pertinent information and insights for content development.
  • Support in Communications:
    • Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing communications.
    • Help maintain and refresh the company website and social media platforms with relevant content.
    • Contribute to drafting and editing copy for various marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior internship or relevant experience in marketing or event coordination is advantageous.

Compensation: $20/hour - $25/hour

Work Schedule: 10-20 hours per week
