Redding Rancheria está en búsqueda de un Coordinador de Admisiones para nuestro Centro de Salud Trinity. Este puesto trabaja un máximo de 28 horas por semana y será empleado de manera temporal.
RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO:
Actualizar la información del paciente (incluida la información de Recursos Alternativos). Asistir a los pacientes en la obtención de un programa estatal o federal para un Recurso Alternativo. Completar todos los formularios a través de citas programadas y visitas sin cita. No hay responsabilidad de supervisión.
REQUISITOS/CALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS:
1. Se prefiere experiencia previa en entrada de datos.
2. Se prefiere experiencia laboral previa en un entorno médico.
3. Debe pasar un examen de detección de drogas previo al empleo.
4. Preferencia indígena.
5. Debe ser sometido a verificación de antecedentes y huellas dactilares.
TAREAS ESENCIALES DEL TRABAJO:
1. Verificar Recursos Alternativos/Eligibilidad.
2. Asistir a los pacientes en la completación de una solicitud de Recurso Alternativo.
3. Recopilar información del paciente para completar el registro y/o la presentación de Recursos Alternativos.
4. Actualizar el archivo del paciente con información personal o de Recursos Alternativos mediante citas o visitas sin cita.
5. Registrar a todos los pacientes, actualizando dirección, número de teléfono y estado de recursos alternativos, identificando el estado de elegibilidad y obteniendo la firma de autorización de tratamiento.
6. Programar citas por teléfono o en persona, siguiendo las pautas establecidas de tiempo/diagnóstico de citas.
7. Responder todas las llamadas telefónicas al área de recepción médica de manera rápida y cortés.
8. Filtrar y dirigir todas las llamadas a los departamentos apropiados, tomando mensajes para asegurar la precisión y proporcionar documentación del contenido.
9. Asistir a la capacitación según lo solicitado por el supervisor.
10. Capacidad para identificar formularios requeridos para fines de registro.
11. Escanear y mantener la información del registro médico.
12. Cumplir con las regulaciones de HIPAA.
