- Transaction Assistance:
- Support the creation of pitch books, marketing materials, and transaction documentation.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2 - 4 years in investment banking, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and financial statement evaluation. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide informed recommendations.
- Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex information clearly and succinctly.
- Detail Orientation: High level of precision and attention to detail in financial evaluations and documentation.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage various tasks and projects efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management abilities.
