Job Position:

This Site Supervisor role calls for an expert in security operations who can effectively coordinate and supervise security personnel, conduct thorough site inspections, and address potential security threats. A key aspect of this job is leveraging PREEMINENT's software systems efficiently to optimize security processes.

Main Responsibilities:

Cultivate and mentor security staff to ensure they understand safety protocols and emergency response procedures.Regularly monitor and ensure the proper functioning of security equipment.Conduct timely investigations into security incidents, generating comprehensive incident reports.Ensure clear communication among security teams and upper management.Establish and enforce company policies, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.Generate schedules considering factors like seniority and performance.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A valid SPO license.
  • Experience in a supervisory role within the security sector.
  • Strategic leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of security operations, risk management, and pertinent laws.
  • Ability to tackle emergency situations efficiently.
  • Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional security management certifications are a plus.
  • Flexibility in scheduling requirements.
  • A dependable vehicle for transportation purposes.
