In this role, your primary focus will be on overseeing remittances, managing website access, addressing credentialing denials, and handling corporate contracts. These responsibilities are crucial for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Your contributions to the team will include:
- Establishing and maintaining website credentials
- Managing electronic faxes
- Processing collection checks
- Assisting with refund check management
- Supporting operational tasks and communications
- Facilitating system access setup
- Engaging in process enhancements
- Collaborating on special initiatives
- Providing support to Accounts Receivable representatives
- Professionally representing the CBO
- Resolving billing and claims-related challenges
- Maintaining work queues
- Monitoring EDI enrollment clearance
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant work experience of one to three months
- Or a suitable combination of education and experience
Language Proficiency:
Ability to read and interpret complex instructions, along with effective communication with various stakeholders.
Mathematical Proficiency:
Competence in basic arithmetic operations and data analysis.
Reasoning Skills:
Aptitude for problem-solving, task management, and efficient communication.
Physical Requirements:
Occasional lifting of 30-50lbs may be required.
Work Environment:
The work environment typically maintains a moderate noise level.
