Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer II to join our team at Nidec. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing innovative product designs for off-highway and commercial markets.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Review customer specifications and requirements to develop compliant designs.
  • Develop manufacturing drawings, bills of material, and associated documentation for fabrication and delivery of products and prototypes.
  • Specify and evaluate supplier components, subsystems, and services.
  • Support testing, qualification, documentation, and analysis of prototypes, products, systems, or subsystems.
  • Develop technical documentation, manuals, and procedures.
  • Work with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to achieve project cost and manufacturing efficiency goals.
  • Provide hands-on support of prototype fabrication, assembly, and test.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Competent technical expertise and application domain knowledge in Electrical, Software, and Systems.
  • Competent using MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).
  • Maintain and develop technical knowledge by conferring with technical specialists and suppliers, attending educational workshops, and reviewing professional publications.
