Job Overview

The Finance and Human Resources Manager is tasked with ensuring the seamless and effective management of financial and personnel-related information and systems within the organization. This role encompasses leadership responsibilities in all financial and human resource matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management: Oversee the daily cash handling procedures, ensuring accurate deposits and documentation of discrepancies.
  • Accounts Receivable: Establish and maintain accounts, ensuring timely billing and collection of outstanding amounts.
  • Accounts Payable: Organize and manage invoice processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and resolving vendor inquiries.
  • General Accounting: Handle all month-end accounting tasks, including financial reporting and variance analysis.
  • Human Resources Management: Direct all functions related to employment, benefits, and performance management, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all HR processes.
  • Recruitment and Training: Oversee the hiring process and facilitate training programs to enhance staff development.
  • Payroll Administration: Review and submit payroll data, addressing any related inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or Accounting is preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
  • Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are necessary.
  • Experience in hotel accounting and front desk operations is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
