Job SummaryWe are actively seeking talented psychiatrists who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. As a Psychiatrist at LifeStance Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality mental healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Provide outpatient psychiatric services to children, adolescents, and adults
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Fully licensed in Minnesota
- Residents or MD/DO
- Child, adolescent, or adult experience
- Flexible work schedules: Full-time and part-time (20 hours week+) available - set your own schedule

- 100% outpatient work. No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
