We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Experience Supervisor to join our team at CONEXON As a key member of our contact center, you will oversee and manage a team of Member Service Representatives, driving excellence in service delivery and ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable and positive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing targeted coaching plans to improve MSR performance
  • Providing expert guidance and feedback to MSRs to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with other supervisors and management team members to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

**Compensation Package:**

  • $70,000 - $85,000 per year salary, depending on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, and retirement benefits
