Customer Experience Specialist

Telle Tire & Auto Centers is seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating positive interactions between our customers and our business, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling satisfied and valued.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and ordering of parts, collaborating with vendors and suppliers, and reviewing inspection reports from technicians. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively resolve any issues that may arise, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
