Transend MSO, Inc. ofrece apoyo administrativo a New Oakland Family Centers, un proveedor integral de salud conductual y abuso de sustancias para consumidores en todo Michigan, tanto en entornos ambulatorios como de hospitalización parcial.

Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 am a 4:30 pm o equivalente a tiempo completo.

Reporta a: Director de Enfermería / Director del Sitio / Supervisores del Sitio / Supervisores de Enfermería Regionales.

Compensación: Empleado por hora; $17-$18/hora. Según la experiencia.

Resumen del Puesto: El Especialista en Soporte Clínico es una posición a tiempo completo o parcial que abarca múltiples funciones clínicas y administrativas para los Programas de Hospitalización Parcial y Ambulatorios FACE to FACE. Este rol implica una colaboración cercana con los consumidores y el personal clínico y administrativo en todos los niveles de la organización.

Habilidades Deseadas:

  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas.
  • Habilidad para trabajar eficazmente en un equipo multidisciplinario.
  • Fuerte comprensión y capacidad para cumplir con todos los requisitos de HIPAA.
  • Conocimiento de Terminología Médica.
  • Excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente.

Funciones / Deberes Esenciales:

  • Asistir en los procedimientos de evaluación del sitio cuando sea necesario.
  • Atender llamadas telefónicas de manera cortés y profesional, transmitiendo mensajes de forma precisa y oportuna.
  • Programar, reprogramar y confirmar citas.
  • Colaborar en el proceso de apertura y cierre de la oficina.
  • Recoger y registrar pagos de pacientes.
  • Asegurarse de que todos los consumidores reciban, completen y entreguen la documentación de admisión.
  • Obtener signos vitales (TA, FC, peso y altura) de los consumidores según se indique y documentar los hallazgos adecuadamente.
  • Asistir en la confirmación, obtención y actualización de consentimientos y otra documentación requerida para análisis de laboratorio, incluyendo formularios de requisición de laboratorio y otros entes internos y externos.
  • Colaborar en la recolección de muestras de laboratorio (solo orina).
  • Apoyar a la enfermera en el mantenimiento de kits de primeros auxilios e inventario de muestras de medicamentos.
  • Poseer la capacidad de resolver situaciones de crisis de manera adecuada.
  • Asistir a la enfermera y al prescriptor con los procesos de Telemedicina.
  • Completar la documentación y capacitación según lo requieran las políticas/procedimientos de la clínica.
  • Otras tareas según se asignen.

Calificaciones: Se requiere diploma de secundaria. Se requiere de uno a dos años de experiencia relevante. Se prefieren cursos y/o certificaciones pertinentes.

Condiciones de Trabajo: El personal debe estar preparado para involucrarse activamente con los clientes. Se requiere el uso de uniformes de color azul marino según el Manual del Empleado.
