Key Duties:

  • Cold Brew Preparation:
    • Accurately measure, grind, and prepare coffee beans for cold brew production following specific formulations.
    • Set up and operate brewing machinery to extract cold brew coffee.
    • Oversee the brewing process to guarantee consistency in flavor and quality.
  • Filtration and Bottling:
    • Filter brewed coffee to eliminate grounds and achieve the desired clarity.
    • Assist in the bottling and packaging of cold brew coffee, ensuring all products are correctly labeled and sealed.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct taste tests and quality assessments on batches to ensure compliance with flavor profiles and freshness.
    • Document and monitor batch details, including production dates, volumes, and quality observations.
  • Inventory Oversight:
    • Help maintain the inventory of raw materials (coffee beans, filters, bottles) and finished products.
    • Communicate with the production manager to ensure adequate stock levels for ongoing production requirements.
  • Sanitation and Maintenance:
