Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and oversee the care of patients on the psychiatric unit.
  • Lead a team of nurses and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably with a focus on leadership or management.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records.
