The OpportunityThis role offers an exciting chance for a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to work closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic environment, delivering evidence-based treatments to patients of all ages.
Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement individualized therapy programs that meet patients' unique needs and goals.
- Assess patients before, during, and after therapy sessions, documenting progress and reporting observations to Physical Therapists.
- Assist patients in performing exercises as part of their treatment plans.
- Utilize technology and equipment to facilitate therapy sessions.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment objectives and progress.
- Valid California Physical Therapist Assistant license (or pending licensure).
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Experience in orthopedic and geriatric settings (preferred).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
