As a Physical Therapist at Benchmark Human Services, you will play a vital role in promoting the physical and sensory development of children from birth to 3 years old. You will work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create personalized plans that address the unique needs of each child.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop effective plans for intervention.
  • Provide rehabilitative, active, and restorative services to improve the child's functional ability and independence.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Document progress and outcomes to facilitate reimbursement and continuous improvement.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and standards to ensure the health and safety of individuals.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Registered with the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Certified by the Medical Licensing Board.
  • Meets criteria for First Steps Provider Enrollment.
