At College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving, we're looking for experienced movers to join our team. As a driver, you'll be responsible for providing a stress-free moving experience for our customers. You'll work alongside our phenomenal mentors who will help develop you as a leader and support your personal and professional growth.

Our top HUNKS average $20 - $30 per hour (includes tips), and we offer flexible schedules, hands-on training, and career advancement opportunities. You'll also have the chance to give back to the community by donating meals to U.S. Hunger for every job completed.

As a driver, you'll be expected to:

  1. Provide friendly, positive, and stress-free moving or hauling experiences to all customers.
  2. Support College Hunks culture and values.
  3. Create strong customer relationships.
  4. Safely drive, move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.
  5. Complete relevant paperwork and collect payment.
  6. Be on time, friendly, and safe.
  7. Lead by example and always be branding.

We're looking for individuals who are at least 23 years old, have a valid/active driver's license, and a clean driving record. You should also have a positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a commitment to excellence. If you're reliable, have prior moving experience, and strong team management skills, we want to hear from you

Each College Hunks Hauling Junk location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.   14. Are eligible to work in the United States.
  15. Have prior moving experience.
  16. Have strong team management skills.
  17. Are reliable.
  18. Have previous experience with a moving company in the past year.
