Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and safety-oriented CDL Driver to deliver materials to our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a valid Class A or Class B driver's license with Hazmat/TWIC/Tanker endorsements.

Responsibilities:
  • Pick up customer returns and validate product matches request for credit
  • Pick up local-purchase orders
  • Deliver materials by scheduled time
  • Unload or assist in unloading material as required
  • Ensure material is properly secured and within weight limits
  • Ensure delivery of ticket with material and obtain customer signature
  • Collect payment as necessary on COD tickets
  • Communicate with supervisor throughout the day
  • Verify all material has been unloaded and placed at delivery site, meeting and/or exceeding customer needs
  • Verify customer's signature on delivery ticket
  • Review delivered orders with supervisor for completion, accuracy, and format
  • Return all delivery ticket copies to warehouse, and verify none are missing
Requirements:
  • 1 year of driving experience
  • Valid Class A or Class B driver's license
  • Hazmat/TWIC/Tanker endorsements
  • Motivated, good work ethic, safety-oriented, and good communication skills
