Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at UCHealth. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and implementing nutrition therapy services for our patients. This is a full-time position, working 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks), with a competitive hourly rate of $38.70.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient nutritional status and needs, deriving nutrition diagnosis from assessment data.
  • Develop interventions and plan of care based on best available evidence and best practices.
  • Assess patient understanding and compliance with nutrition interventions and plan of care. Monitor patient progress; measure and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Participate in and coordinate departmental initiatives relative to patient care. May conduct education programs for patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members/departments, and/or the public.
  • Function as a preceptor in support of the academic enterprise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition or related field.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Clinical Nutrition.
