We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team at Medicus Firm. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population across all ages, from pediatric to geriatric.
Key Responsibilities- Treat a wide range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric, in both outpatient and occasional inpatient settings.
- Collaborate closely with fellow Occupational Therapists and a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Manage an average caseload of 10-12 patients daily, ensuring optimal and personalized care.
- Primarily outpatient-focused, occasional inpatient coverage is required during high census periods, vacations, or weekend rotations.
- Diverse caseload with a mix of Orthopedic (70%), Neurological (25%), and Mobility Assessment cases (5-10%).
- Competitive Salary: $46.13 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Generous Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for qualified candidates.
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $4,000 to support your move.
