We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at North American Dental Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient schedules, verify insurance coverage, and prepare end-of-day reports with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, answering phone calls, greeting patients, and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process financial transactions, collect co-payments, and present financial policies to patients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Track patient appointments, including no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
  • 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dental software and Microsoft Office programs, with the ability to learn new programs as needed
