This role is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, ideal for students pursuing education in a healthcare-related discipline.

The Clinical Technician will be tasked with ensuring the clinic's cleanliness and organization under the guidance of the Clinical Director. This position collaborates with other clinic staff to elevate the patient experience during therapy sessions and provides top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance the clinic's environment through routine tasks such as cleaning treatment areas, sanitizing equipment, managing laundry, and ensuring adequate supplies.
  • Enhance patient and client satisfaction through attentive and personalized service.
  • Assist with patient engagement as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Support front office operations as needed, including answering calls, welcoming patients, and scheduling appointments.
  • Contribute to clinic maintenance by aiding the Physical Therapist with digital tools and electronic medical records.

Required Experience:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in a service-oriented role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work collaboratively and make sound decisions.
  • Proven reliability and initiative.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Some college coursework in a relevant healthcare field is preferred.
  • Experience in a physical therapy environment is advantageous.
  • CPR certification is a plus.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting objects frequently weighing over 50 lbs.
