We are seeking a Clinical Technician (Aide) to join our team at our Union Clinic, working part-time with flexible hours. This role is ideal for students pursuing a medical-related field.

The Clinical Technician will be responsible for maintaining the clinic's appearance and upkeep under the direction of the Clinical Director. Additionally, they will work with the team to enhance the patient/client experience in therapy and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve clinic appearance through regular completion of job duties, such as cleaning tables, equipment, and supplies.
  • Enhance patient and client experience through exceptional customer service and concierge-like support.
  • Assist with patient interaction as directed by the supervising PT.
  • Support front office staff with answering phones, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments.
  • Contribute to clinic upkeep by assisting PT with digital technology and EMR.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Documented history of working with people in a service industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some college experience in a related healthcare field preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a physical therapy setting is preferred.
  • CPR certification preferred.
  • Ability to move continuously throughout the day, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs frequently.
