Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Technician to join our team at Veterans Prime, Inc. as a Field Service Technician.


This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of industrial equipment and to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.


The successful candidate will have a strong background in electromechanical systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install, service, and repair mechanical and electronic equipment at customer and manufacturing sites.
  • Utilize hand tools and test equipment to perform work including multimeters.
  • Requires knowledge of equipment specifications.
  • Discusses engineering problems relating to maintenance or operation of equipment.
  • Train customers on equipment operation
  • Act as troubleshooting support from phone when needed
  • Supports sales for product demonstrations
  • Will be asked to travel extensively around the United States.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements
  • Require minimal direct supervision.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Outlook and Excel knowledge.
  • Expert knowledge of supplied machinery.
  • Ability to accurately and effectively communicate problems and suggest possible solutions.
  • Travel up to 75% of the time is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Electrical Systems
  • Ability to replace Electronics
  • Knowledge of Mechanical Systems
  • 1 year of Field Service Experience
