About the Role:

As a Dental Hygiene Specialist at Aspen Dental, you will play a key role in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines. Your responsibilities will include managing your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education, expanding your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development, and working collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

An associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution, active dental hygiene license in the state of practice, and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds. You will also be expected to be a key partner in developing patient care plans, managing your schedule, expanding your knowledge and skills, and working collaboratively with other members of the dental team.
