Role Overview

As a Dental Hygiene Specialist at Aspen Dental, you will play a vital role in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include managing your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education, expanding your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development, and working collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements

An associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution, active dental hygiene license in the state of practice, and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
