Job Description

Baycoast Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  2. Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and resolve customer complaints.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and make recommendations for implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
