Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute general cleaning duties in shared spaces on a daily basis

  • Oversee and update inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

  • Follow the established housekeeping and maintenance schedule
  • Participate in apartment inspections and annual maintenance tasks
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing
  • Clean light fixtures as per the schedule
  • Properly dispose of waste materials
  • Communicate effectively with senior and disabled residents
  • Inspect and maintain lighting fixtures in various areas
  • Carry out daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, window washing, and restroom upkeep

  • Restrooms
  • Community Room and Kitchen
  • Laundry Facilities
  • Waste Disposal Areas

Additional Maintenance Duties:

  • Hallways (including lobby areas)
  • Staircases
  • Elevator Tracks
