Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning activities including vacuuming, mopping, bed-making, dusting, and polishing furniture, while ensuring rooms are stocked with necessary toiletries and handling laundry as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring they are well-stocked with supplies.
  • Provide assistance to guests by answering general inquiries.
  • Keep accurate records of cleaned rooms, report lost and found items, and note any damages or repairs needed.
  • Ensure guest accommodations meet our hotel's cleanliness standards prior to guest arrivals.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with various cleaning products and techniques.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional housekeeping role or a similar position.
  • Strong work ethic coupled with excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
