Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of licensed and non-licensed staff, including counseling and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure the continuity of patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Make independent decisions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Current RN license for the state of practice.
- 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare facility.
- Completion of post-secondary education and ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and adjust to a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekend work hours.
