Nurse Unit Manager

Amsterdam Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Skilled Nursing Facility as a Unit Manager. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your leadership skills and nursing expertise will be essential in creating a safe and supportive environment for our residents and staff. Key responsibilities include:
* Scheduling and assigning nurses and staff to ensure seamless care delivery
* Establishing a positive and respectful environment for residents and families
* Providing accurate and timely information to residents and healthcare teams
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Managing confidential information and maintaining resident trust
Requirements for this role include:
* A valid NYS RN License
* Experience in Long-Term Care
* Basic computer skills
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
