Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical support and technical assistance to our medical providers while serving as a trusted resource for patient healthcare solutions. Your duties will include handling confidential information, maintaining patient records, conferring with families and agencies regarding patient care, and supervising prescription prior authorization processes. You will also be required to perform selected nursing and administrative tasks, administer medication injections, and draw blood samples when necessary.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need a High School Diploma, a current Medication Aid certification from the State of Nebraska, and proficiency in phlebotomy and injection skills. Familiarity with EMR systems is highly desirable. Prior experience in direct patient care within a high-volume clinic setting is preferred, but not mandatory. A strong understanding of medical terminology and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential.
