We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Science Professional to join our team at Bryan Health. As a Medical Laboratory Technician-Nebraska Internal Medicine, you will play a vital role in performing medical laboratory tests and analyses to provide accurate data for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine laboratory tests according to established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze test results and enter data into the computer system using laboratory protocols.
  • Maintain competency and proficiency on all laboratory instrumentation and procedures; perform preventive maintenance on laboratory instruments and equipment as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, and leadership by conveying ideas, information, and opinions clearly and concisely.
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized work area.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of laboratory equipment and technology, including instrumentation and automation systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining quality control measures to ensure accurate clinical data.

Requirements
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related laboratory science from a two-year accredited college or CLIA-approved Military MLT program.
  • American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) certification as an MLT (ASCP) or equivalency is preferred.
Benefits

Bryan Health offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
