Job Overview

ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, North Carolina is seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional care to preterm and term newborn infants in the NICU.

About ECU Health

We are a 1,708-bed academic health care system serving more than 1.4 million people in eastern North Carolina. Our flagship ECU Health Medical Center is a Level I Trauma Center and serves as the primary teaching hospital for the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to neonates in the NICU
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including NNPs, Neonatologists, and Residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Participate in teaching and rounds for the Brody School of Medicine residents on neonatal service
Requirements
  • NC RN licensure & NC Nurse Practitioner or NC licensure as a Physician Assistant
  • National Board Certification as a Neonatal NP required, including maintenance
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • BLS certification from The American Heart Association

Salary and Location
