Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Specialist. In this role, you'll provide specialized care for patients transitioning from critical care to general medical-surgical units. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized nursing care to patients post-intensive care unit (ICU) transition.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on recovery techniques and self-care strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.


Required Qualifications
  • A current RN license is required.
  • BLS certification is mandatory.
  • Two years of recent experience in a Step Down setting.
