Job Description: As a Lead Android/iOS Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of mobile applications using Kotlin, Swift, and Jetpack Compose/SwiftUI. You will work closely with our dynamic team to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years of experience in mobile app development for Android and iOS platforms
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Swift, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, MVVM/MVC architecture, and design patterns
- Strong understanding of writing test cases, database operations, REST API integration, and offline management
- Experience with Git-based source control solutions and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with mobile app security best practices and performance optimization techniques
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration and continuous improvement
