Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Levindale Hospital. As a member of our Brain Health Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication management and rehabilitation services
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Assume leadership roles as needed to ensure smooth unit operations

Requirements:

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma)
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine
