Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Brain Health Unit team at Levindale Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents and patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents and patients.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a post-acute care environment.
