As an Inside Sales Representative at Purvis Industries, you will be responsible for processing incoming customer inquiries, assisting with counter sales, and providing product information to customers. You will also be expected to quote and sell supplier products, identify potential customers, and close orders. Additionally, you will need to maintain knowledge of company products and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting and conducting counter sales as needed
  • Processing customer inquiries via phone, email, or online
  • Inputting customer orders, quotes, and bids
  • Purchasing products to fill customer orders
  • Selling supplier products that provide value to customers and a fair profit to the Company

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lift up to 70 pounds daily, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
