Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-conscious individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at PacSun. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by showcasing your passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities
  1. Exhibit a strong knowledge of our product offerings and provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
  2. Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve sales and operational goals.
  3. Maintain a positive working environment by consistently demonstrating core value behaviors.
  4. Strive to improve individual performance while working as a productive member of the team.

Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds, operate normal office equipment, and navigate a ladder as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent selling skills, strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience: Previous retail experience preferred.
