As a part-time Retail Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role as a keyholder and a member of our leadership team. Our management team is composed of enthusiastic, adaptable individuals who are dedicated to fostering a positive experience for every guest who visits our store. Here are some of your daily responsibilities:
  • Drive store-level financial and operational performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking necessary actions to meet targets.
  • Encourage your team to engage with guests, offer samples, and share product knowledge.
  • Enhance team performance through product education, coaching in sales techniques, and leading by example.
  • Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members.
  • Support the Store Manager with administrative tasks, inventory management, and ordering.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean and inviting.
  • Enforce policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently among team members.
  • Act as an ambassador for Lolli & Pops both inside and outside the store.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
