Roadside Recovery Specialist

As a Roadside Recovery Specialist with AAA NCNU, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by driving and operating a specific service vehicle (tow trucks, battery service vehicles/light service vehicles) and utilizing towing equipment. You will also perform simple diagnostics/troubleshooting on vehicles and provide outstanding customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and operate a service vehicle to assist members with roadside emergencies
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve member issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and completed tasks

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Two years of experience in a customer contact role
  • ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certification (preferred)
  • Vocational technical automotive training/certification or equivalent experience (preferred)
