Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide individualized guidance, coaching, and support to clients, helping them achieve their recovery goals. Your expertise in the recovery process and ability to work well with others make you an ideal candidate for this role.

About You
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong understanding of the recovery process and its application to individuals with serious mental illness. Your experience working with clients who have mental health or substance abuse issues is essential. Additionally, your ability to maintain confidentiality and follow written and oral instructions is crucial. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized guidance, coaching, and support to clients
- Assist clients in developing formal and informal community supports
- Help clients increase social support networks of relatives, friends, and/or significant others
- Advocate on behalf of clients with behavioral health problems to protect their rights and reduce associated stigma

What We Offer
